Pour in the 80-100ml hot water and whisk vigorously. Stir until matcha is fully dissolved and smooth. SUMMER MATCHA ICED LATTE: In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth and frothy. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the milk over the ice. Add the whisked matcha to the glass and stir well. Sweeten to taste, if desired
